Random thought on the 12th Doctor

Hey Whovians, here's a random thought!

So, I was watching Cloud Atlas tonight and noticed Ben Whishaw (Q from Skyfall) was in it dressed in a waist coat and trench coat with a tie (in some scenes). I was thinking about it and I think he has the potential to be the 12th Doctor.
